Why travel with us

Six things we do that most operators do not, and the reason each one exists.

01

We name every hotel, on every night

Not “3-star or similar”. The property name, the town and the category are on every itinerary, and if one is genuinely unavailable we tell you before departure and move you to the same or better. We never change it silently at check-in.

02

Maximum 20 people per group

Our Coasters carry twenty, not forty. Everyone gets a window seat within the first hour, nobody waits half an hour at every stop, and the group still fits into one restaurant without a wait.

03

Driving hours published, honestly

Every day of every itinerary states its route and its driving hours. Islamabad to Hunza is eighteen to twenty hours and we say so on the page. This costs us bookings from people who wanted to hear something else, and it prevents every bad review we have ever read about other operators.

04

The price on the page is the price

Jeep charges for Saif-ul-Malook, Naltar, Mahodand and Deosai are included where we list them. Fort tickets and park fees are included. Nothing appears at a trailhead. What is genuinely not included — lunches, boating, porters — is listed as excluded, with the going rate where we know it.

05

Oxygen and first aid on every high trip

Khunjerab Pass is 4,693 m. Deosai is 4,114 m. Babusar is 4,173 m. We carry oxygen on every trip that goes above 3,500 m, our tour leaders are first-aid trained, and our itineraries are built so nobody sleeps high on the first night.

06

A cancellation policy in writing

Published, dated, with a refund table by days before departure. Read it before you pay — it is linked from every package page and from the footer of this site.

And one thing we are not

We are not the cheapest. There are operators advertising Hunza for less than half our price, and some of them will deliver something. Ours includes a named hotel, a twenty-seat coaster, the jeep charges and a leader who stays with the group. Compare the inclusions, not the headline.
