1. Who we are

Musafir Tours (Pvt) Ltd, a registered tour operator (licence DTS/ICT/2018/0000) with its office at I-8 Markaz, Islamabad, Pakistan.

2. Contract

A contract exists once we have confirmed your booking in writing and received your advance payment. The confirmed itinerary we send you forms part of that contract.

3. Prices

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and are per person unless stated otherwise. Prices shown on the website are current at the time of publishing and may change for future departures; the price in your written confirmation is the price you pay.

4. Inclusions

What is included and excluded is listed in full on every package page and repeated in your confirmation. Anything not listed as included is excluded.

5. Your responsibilities

• Carry valid CNIC or passport, and be at the pick-up point at the stated time.
• Disclose medical conditions that could affect your safety at altitude or on a trek.
• Follow the tour leader's instructions on matters of safety.
• Respect local customs, particularly in the Kalash valleys and in religious spaces.

6. Liability

We are responsible for providing the services described in your confirmed itinerary. We are not liable for delays, changes or losses caused by events outside our control, including weather, landslides, road or pass closures, strikes, or acts of government. Personal travel insurance is your responsibility and we strongly recommend it.

7. Photography

We may photograph groups during trips and use those photographs in our marketing. Tell the tour leader if you would rather not appear and we will not use images of you.

8. Complaints

Raise any problem with your tour leader at the time, so we have a chance to fix it. If it is not resolved, write to info@musafirtours.com within 28 days of your return and we will respond within 14 days.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
