Booking policy
How a booking works with us, start to finish.
Confirming a booking
- You send us your dates and group size on WhatsApp or through an enquiry form.
- We confirm availability and send a written itinerary with the hotels named and the price broken down.
- You pay the advance stated on that package page. Your seats are held from that point.
- We send a written confirmation with the pick-up point, time and the tour leader's number.
- The balance is due 3 days before departure.
Payment
Bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. The account title matches our registered business name. If an account title does not match the company you are booking with, stop and call us on 0311 5811983.
Child pricing
Children aged 3 to 9 travel at the child rate stated on each package page, sharing a bed with parents. Under 3 travels free. Children 10 and over are charged as adults. Tell us the ages at enquiry so the quote is right first time.
Hotels
The hotels named on your itinerary are the hotels we book. If one is genuinely unavailable we tell you before departure and move you to a property of the same or better category, and we name it. We do not substitute silently at check-in.
Road closures and weather
If a pass has not opened or a road is closed, we adjust the itinerary and tell you as soon as we know. Where a day is replaced we substitute something of comparable value. See the cancellation policy for what happens if a trip cannot run at all.
What we need from you
- CNIC number for every traveller — checkposts on all northern routes require it.
- Any medical condition, allergy or medication, which stays with the tour leader only.
- A contact number for someone not travelling with you.
- Foreign nationals: passport details, and advance notice for Neelum Valley permits.
Behaviour
Our tour leaders can ask a passenger to leave a trip for behaviour that puts others at risk or makes the group unsafe, including intoxication in the vehicle. No refund applies in that case. This has happened twice in eight years and we would rather it never happens again.
