Privacy policy
Last updated 2026. Short, because we collect very little.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, email, travel dates and group size when you send an enquiry. For confirmed bookings we also collect CNIC or passport numbers, which are required at checkposts on northern routes, and any medical information you choose to disclose.
What we do with it
- Plan and run your trip.
- Register your group at checkposts where the law requires it.
- Send you your itinerary and travel information.
- Contact you about your booking.
We use your number once to send you a plan. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone other than the hotels and transport providers on your itinerary.
Medical information
Anything you tell us about a medical condition goes to your tour leader and nobody else, and is deleted after your trip.
How long we keep it
Booking records for three years, as required for tax purposes. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after twelve months.
Analytics
We use website analytics to see which pages are useful. It records pages visited and rough location, not who you are.
Your rights
Email info@musafirtours.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will respond within 14 days.
